1. 国际贸易基本程序

交易磋商阶段和履约阶段。

交易磋商在形式上分口头磋商和笔头(书面)磋商,这两种做法形式上虽不同,但是法律效力却是一样的。口头磋商是指谈判桌上的谈判(面对面),即参加各种交易会,洽谈会,以及贸易小组出访,邀请客户来华等。另外,还包括一般性会晤接触,即国际长途电话、初步谈判、自我介绍、企业及产品介绍;专题谈判,即货物质量、数量、价格、供货条件、支付条件、合同条款、索赔。笔头磋商指买卖双方通过信件、电报、电传、电子邮件等通方式来洽谈交易。笔头磋商包括简单商务信函(六种邀请函, 感谢函, 通知函, 请求函, 确认函,附(寄)函等)和询价запрос、报价коммерческое предложение、复报价контропредложение、定单зказ、合同контракт及索赔函 рекламмация или претенция等。交易磋商的的具体内容是将来要签定的买卖合同的条款。它包括品质качество、规格артикул、数量количество、包装упаковка、价格цена、装运погрузка、保险страхование、支付оплата以及商检просмотр、索赔претенция、仲裁арбитраж、不可抗力 форс -мажор等。

交易磋商的程序可概括为4个环节:询价(запрос),发盘,(коммерческое предложение)还盘(контропредложение)和接受 (принятие),其中发盘和接受是必不可少的两个环节。

2.经贸信函的格式

俄语经贸信函的格式组成:单位标志(эмблема),单位名称(наименование организации),通讯地址和电报挂号(почтовый и телеграфный адрес),电话号码(номер телефона),电传号码或用户电报号码(номер телекса или номер абонентского телеграфа ),收函人姓名(或名称)及地址(адресат),函号(индекс документа)、发函日期(дата)、来函代号及日期(ссылка на индекс и дату выходящего документа)、函文标题及事由(заголовок к тексту)、正文(текст)、署名签字(подпись)、有关附件的说明(отметка о наличии приложения)、有关副本抄送事项的说明(отметка о направлении копий в другие адреса)。

第5篇:常用商务信函及格式

你知道怎样写英文信函信头吗?

英文信函的信头也称信端,其内容包括发件公司的名称、标志、通信地址、电话号码、传真号、电子邮箱等。书写信头的目的是为了方便收件人了解信函来自何处,并为回复提供联系方式。

很多公司都会印制带信头的信纸。一般来说,人们喜欢将简单的信头放在信纸上端居中,将复杂的信头放在信纸的右侧或上下两端。在使用这种信纸打印信函时,一定要注意为信头留出足够的空间。

对于私人商务信函,如求职信等,信头通常写在信纸的右上方。

如果信函的长度超过两页,那么从第2页开始就不再需要信头了,只需写上页码、收件人姓名及日期。

英文地址的书写和中文地址的书写有很大区别,应遵循从小到大的原则。特别值得注意的是,地址中的标点符号需正确使用。当前的习惯做法是,行末一般不加标点符号,但行中间该加标点的地方,还是不应省略。门牌号码与街道名称之间不加标点,但是在城市与国家名称之间必须用逗号分开。
