【文库精品】初中英语音标教学的感想
大家都知道小学阶段的英语只要认识而不需要记和拼读,初中英语需要学生对所学的英 语进行识记。初中开学伊始单词少又简单，加上初接触英语，学生感到新鲜好奇，有旺盛的 求知欲，靠强行记忆还可以应付。但久而久之，单词越积越多，句型越来越复杂，学生既要 记读音，又需记拼写，还得背句型以及课文。他们感到困难大、负担重，往往顾此失彼、招 架不住，由学不会到不愿学。有的学生记单词时是一个字母一个字母地背，结果是花的功夫 大，费的时间多，单词还是记不住，于是“破罐子破摔”，干脆不记单词，放弃英语学习。 如何使学生轻松掌握英语的学习方法以及提高效率是当前英语教学的一个重要的课题。初中 一年级英语是否首先进行音标教学已成为我们不可避免的话题。本人提出在初中一年级起始 阶段进行英语音标集中置前教学是可行的和必要的，
一、不置前学音标教学的弊端 1. 形成单词记忆障碍
由于没有掌握音标拼读和音标、字母的对比识记，因此在单词记忆时显得困难重重，学 生们只能“b-a-g bag;c-h-a-i-r chair. ” 一而再、再而三地死记硬背，有些多音节词就算 抄写了十几二十次，仍有被误写的可能。例如:好多学生把first写成frist;把favourite 写成faovurite等等。本人今年所带的班级中有个叫高昌浩的学生，每次默单词儿乎是全 军覆没。不是他一字不写，而是乱写一通，写出来的“异物”让人啼笑皆非。读单词的时 候，一看他口型就知道发音错误，bad读成pad; chair读成dare。这就是因为他们不懂得 根据读音和拼读规则来进行识记和识读。如果只靠鹦鹉学舌式的单纯模仿，那么学生的学习 只能是艰涩难行，逐渐失去学习英语的兴趣和信心
2. 依赖心理加强，A我实践能力受到阻碍
学生肖己不能识读单词，只能依赖老师的反复教读，一旦离开了老师A己没有把握，便 “羞于开口”。这就造就了这样一种局而：课堂上说的起劲，下课后忘得干净。磁带上的朗 读在他们听来无异于“鸟语兽言”，远不如从老师那儿得到的清晰、直接。长此以往，学生 对老师的依赖性越来越强，这就会导致听的能力受到阻碍。另外，在识记单词方而，学生还 倾向于用汉字注音。打开一些学生的课本，不难发现这样一些单词：English(英国历史)、 bag(半个)、good(顾得)。更有甚者，有的发音在汉字中找不到较为接近的字、词注音，他 们会“巧妙地”运用上汉语拼音来“帮忙”。如:student (s滴油灯te)、dress (拽s)。
学生依赖老师和汉字的心理如此严重，又怎能朝语音纯正的方向发展，获得学英语的主 动性和综合运用能力呢?
3.导致英语学习的两极分化
入门阶段的学生对学英语是有兴趣的，因为英语对他们而言有一种新鲜感。但英语单词 难记、难读，磁带中的录音难听懂、听准，读那些用汉字注音英语，老师、同学又会笑话， 这就使得一部分学生不愿怠开口，学英语的兴趣降低，记忆单词的效率也非常低下。有的学 生甚至干脆放弃英语了，从而导致初一第二学期就出现英语学习的两极分化。少数学生因为 学了音标，识读、识记能力得到增强，学习成绩优秀;相当一部分学生在学音标时不感兴趣， 加上对自己缺乏信心，学习成绩则每况愈下。一门课程，老师教得辛苦，学生学得艰难，(学 校中基木上最辛苦的是英语老师，学生费时较多的也是英语。)因此英语语音教学改革迫在 眉睫了。
二、音标教学的实施 1. 狠抓字母教学
虽然进入初一之前所有的中学生都学过26个字母，大部分同学掌握地很好，但部分同 学掌握不够,I和R不分;字母a与汉语拼音a混渚等现象依然存在。因此教师要对学生千 锤百炼26个字母。(最好制作26个字母卡。)
2. 强化音标教学
笔者所处的地区目前使用的课木是《预备课程》^Starter,它在第七单元才出现音标, 在这之前学生要反复地跟着老师读单词、句子，老师教地辛苦，学生学地痛苦。结果一些学 生还是记不住单词。
3. 音标的分类归纳
音标分为元音和辅音。笔者认为元音是音标中的核心，如果元音记住了，学生基本就会 读单词了，因为好多辅音和汉语拼音不光形i音极其相近，好学易记，老师一点即会。所以 我是从元音开始教学的。
同时还要将一些语音知识教给学生，如：开音节、闭音节、字母组合以及一些拼读规则。 凡符合拼读规则的单词，让学生都能做到“见其形读其音，听其音知其形”。因此等学生轻 松地学会48个音标后，学生可以自己拼读单词了。这不仅培养了学生的&学能力，还为以 后的学习

当然不要认为48个音标学完之后就了事了，还需要坚持不懈地练习。我要求我的学生 每天早读大声朗读音标，时间为5分钟。经常读，每天读，时间长了，就能养成好的习惯。 我利用课余时间逐个检查学生对音标的掌握情况，要求学生必须人人达标。同时我及时帮助、 辅导后进生，消除他们对音标学习的畏难情绪，使之尽快跟上其他同学。同时我定期举行小 组或全班学生强记单词比赛。例如：把生词、音标、汉语怠思写在黑板上，让学生拼读强记 10分钟，擦掉之后看谁记得最多。这样既能提高学生们的学习兴趣，又能巩固所学的音标。
这种教学方法，在实际的英语教学中取得了很好的效果。学生学习英语的兴趣更浓了。 学生感到语音学习更容易了。学生的每一步都是循序渐进地进行，而且省时又省力，于是觉 得英语好学、容易学好，自然就消除了学外语时常有的排斥心理。同时我们教师也会自然感 到语音教学变得轻松了。当然最重要的是我们的学生基本就可以向学单词、正确发音了。
总之，一份耕転，一份收获!我所带的学生每次考试都取的了优异的成绩，不是因为他 们素质好，而是掌握了学好英语的方法，尤其是语音方而。为了让学生在学习英语的路途上 走得更稳健、更灿烂辉煌，让我们携起手来共筑音标之路!
学英语期末测试的总结时光荏苒，记得初涉讲台的那一天，什么都不会的我，竟然也可以顺利地带完一学期三个班级的孩子们，当然，其中有很多挫折，问题，困难，但是在学校领导与老师的帮助下，都迎刃而解。我想我是幸运的，也是幸福的。能够生活在狮小这个集体中，本身就是一种幸福。转眼,期末考试也顺利收关,三个班级的学生也交出了答卷。根据考试情况来看，总的来说，三个班级还是可以。但是还是会存在不足，我总结并进行了分析，如下：我的二(5)班一直都是我看好的班级，这次本可以考的更好，或许是试卷上有个别难题对于孩子们来说有些生疏，因此就失分，或许和孩子们的身体状况也有关系，毕竟班级里有多个孩子身体不佳，或许和当时的考试状态也有关系，这些都是客观原因。主观原因我要分析的是5班在接下来的教学过程中，尽可能的在学习好课本内容的同时，多帮孩子们巩固复习，举一反三，默写也需要多次过关。另外，适当的给孩子拓展，要指导孩子有变通的能力;我的二(6)班其实是一群很聪明的孩子，只是因为有了个别几个不是太守纪律的学生的原因，影响到了整个班集体的学习氛围，因此学习的吸收效率来说会相对弱一些。也就是说，两头的学生的比较多。因此接下来我将扶持困难学生尽可能的做到及格，帮其多复习巩固基础部分也多教育孩子要遵守课堂纪律，名列前茅的孩子继续督促与指导，希望 6班有更大的进步。我的三(2)其实也是一群聪明的孩子，只是整体来说，学习态度不够很端正，他们的水平远不止这次的期末考试，只是平时学习中不够踏实，有时的英语课堂比较懒散，因此错了都是不该错的题目，尤其是“翻译词组”部分，都是基础题，错误率较高，这是值得反省的。另外，还有很多上课强调过的小细节，需要注意的地方，孩子并没有仔细完成。因此，我带的三个班下学期还要继续加油，争取取得更好的成绩，我相信态度端正了，及时认真完成老师的作业，课后进行仔细巩固复习，还是会有很大进步。作为我，做的不足之处或者还有待加强的地方也要多请教经验丰富的老教师。希望下学期我与孩子们同进步，加油。一分耕耘一分收获，我始终相信这个道理。

我的建议是这样，大家在练习和研读考研英语历年真题中的阅读理解、新题型、翻译和完形的同时，可以在手边准备一个笔记本，把在阅读中遇到的非常精彩的词，词组要逐步的积累出来。例如，历年真题的阅读理解中，关于因果的表达法就有20于种以上，关于上升下降的表达法也有10几种，大家把它归类一一积累起来，这样就不会在写作过程中，遇到因为，就用because来表示，遇到上升就用increase来表示，只有这样日积月累，才能让自己的写作摆脱初中词汇，把更准确，更地道的词汇更精准的应用到自己的写作当中去。这样，才能让自己的写作词汇丰富起来。
此外，在阅读时遇到的很精彩的句型，也要学着逐渐积累起来，例如XX年真题中的句型it is inevitable that…(不可避免的是……)就是一个很精彩的句型，我们可以把这些精彩句型应用到自己的写作中去。
