基于主题语境的“四同”书面表达教学模式应用研究

【摘要】 基于新课标的要求，针对目前高中英语教学中存在的不足，笔者结合世界著名的英语二语教学专家Olenka Bilash博士提出的B-SLIM模式，提炼出基于主题语境的高中英语“四同”教学模式，即“同类主题、同类文章、同类结构(同类词汇、同类情感)、同类方法”。本文分析了一节以健康饮食为主题语境，以思维导图为工具的高中英语写作课，以此论证“四同”教学模式在高中英语写作教学中的可行性和有效性。

一、问题的提出

1.英语课程标准的变化。改革开放以来，我国的全日制高中英语教学先后经历了三个英语课程标准。从培养目标来说，对学生的培养从“综合语言运用能力”转向了“英语学科核心素养”。从课程内容来说，《普通高中英语课程标准(2017年版)》(以下简称“课标2017”)要求学生围绕某一具体的主体语境，基于不同类型的语篇，解决问题。从教学方法来说，“课标2017”提出“英语教学应以主题意义为引领，以语篇为依托，整合语言知识、文化知识、语言技能和学习策略等学习内容”。

2.学生的变化。一方面，学生的英语学习需求多元化，以往教师照本宣科式的教学模式已无法满足学生的个性发展需求。另一方面，学生在长期接受碎片化内容的学习过程中仅粗略感知语言表面，缺乏对文章主题的深层次意义探究。

3. 教师的变化。一方面，新时代的教师知识丰富，信息技术熟练，理论娴熟，语言面貌好。另一方面，课改后，有些教师没能从根本上领悟课程改革的目标和要求，没有对教材和教学的独立思考。

4.教材的不变。第一，时效性不足，广西当前使用的依然是2007年版人教版教材，教材内容时效性不足、内容上和形式上都不能满足当今学生的语言学习需求。第二，内容的割裂式。教材内容以单元排序，同一话题分布在不同的单元，各单元之间的联系不足，呈割裂状态，不适合让学生进行主题式的阅读训练。

综上所述，无论从教师方面、学生方面还是教材方面都无法达到新课标的要求。因此，研究紧跟社会发展又要符合学生认知规律的与时俱进的教学模式，成为教师教书育人和自我完善的途径。

二、 解决问题的过程与方法

针对上文提到的高中英语教学中存在的不足，笔者结合世界著名的英语二语教学专家Olenka Bilash博士提出的B-SLIM模式(途径为：设计、输入、内化、输出、评价)，从实践和研究中提炼出主题语境的高中英语教学模式——“四同模式”，利用“同类主题、同类文章、同类结构(同类词汇、同类情感)、同类方法”，引导学生探究人与自我、人与社会、人与自然的主题意义，引领学生语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力的融合发展，形成核心素养。教学目标、途径、模式和步骤如下图所示：

三、教学设计思路及过程

本文分析了一节以健康饮食为主题语境、以思维导图为工具的高中英语建议信写作课，以此论证“四同”教学模式在高中英语写作教学中的可行性和有效性。本节课以探究主题意义为目标，利用思维导图来组织写作思路，遵循学生学习理解、应用实践、迁移创新的认知规律，推动对主题的深度学习，教学环节分为以下几个步骤：

1. 引入主题，拓展内容。在导入部分，教师播放一个关于健康生活话题的视频，并让学生根据视频里的内容把健康生活的要素总结出来。在学生理解上述结构和内容后，构建健康饮食话题的思维导图。最后结合新冠肺炎疫情的相关情况，让学生构建不健康生活话题的思维导图。

How(walk 30 minutes every day， replace junk food with vegetables and fruits);

Why： lower stress， lose weight， make you happier

Healthy eating： What(unhealthy eating);

How( eat a balanced diet， cut down the fat， increase the fiber);

Why( get away from illness; lose weight， digest better， benefit health)

Live unhealthily： What(illness： novel corona virus， obesity);

How(eat wildlife animals， eat too much junk food);

Why： try new things to meet their desire， relieve stress

【设计意图】通过同类健康生活主题的设计和探讨，让学生理解主题，激活学生大脑中的已有知识和经验，为后面的写作搭建主题词汇支架，形成自己对某一主题的看法，为实现主题写作做好准备。

2.主题链接，方法指导。

(1)同类文章输入。教师用课本上的范文作为范例指导，先让学生观察求助信的基本要素，再根据求助信内容引出建议信，引导学生通过观察得出建议信内容包括：

Contents： What(problems); How(ideas)， Why(reasons)

Structure： Para1： What & purpose; Para 2： How & Why Step 3： Expectation

【设计意图】同类主题文章的输入能帮助学生获取信息，有利于启发学生，培养学生发现问题、分析问题和解决問题的能力，能让学生理解这一主题文章的结构，词、句、篇章的衔接，作者的情感态度。

(2)语言指导。 教师指导学生观察两个句子的区别，看哪一个句子更具有说服力：A. Why not eat a balanced diet? B. Why not eat a balanced diet? If you do this， you may get away from illness. 学生发现给出建议后，最好加上理由会更具有说服力。从而总结出较好的提建议方式为：建议+理由。如：Why not...? If you do this...;You should/can...Then/That way...;It would be a good idea if...By doing this...

【设计意图】在内化阶段的获取环节，由于学生在选词、造句、连篇方面的能力还是有限的，教师需要告诉学生选择什么样的词汇、句式和表达方法更适用于这一主题内容的文章，从而提高学生的连贯表达，让学生在语言知识上有准备，以达到运用和迁移的目的。

3.内化所学，写出文章。由于时间有限，只要求学生根据自己构建的思维导图写建议信的第二段：对健康饮食给出建议。教师提醒学生在写作时要注意的写作策略，向学生展示评价表，评价表主要包括四个部分：用词准确、句式丰富、连接词使用到位、提出建议和理由。

【设计意图】此为运用环节，在此环节之前，学生构建了自己的思维导图，明确了自己的写作内容，并通过对范文的观察了解了建议信的基本结构和语言表达，而教师也对语言表达作出了有效指导，学生需要用同类方法将所学的知识迁移到自己的写作中。评价表可以帮助学生明确写作要求，在写作过程中对写作策略进行思考，从而切实落实英语学科核心素养中的学习方法这一项。

4.互评习作，共同提高。教师先示范评价一篇学生的习作，然后让学生互评，关注能从对方文章中获取什么信息，对方是否用到连贯的表达。然后指导学生根据评价表评价两篇习作，以该学生是否按照预设完成写作任务来作为示范。

【设计意图】此为输出环节。教师带领学生讨论评判质量不同的文章并产生一致的评价标准，这样的教学可以促使评价标准内在化，提高学生独立评判自己和他人作文的能力，有助于学生自身写作水平的提高，也为课后作业的落实作好铺垫。

5.课后修改，完善写作。学生在课后重写课堂习作，鼓励学生根据所给出的评价和意见，并根据自己的反思来修改、完善短文。

【设计意图】课后作业紧扣本课主题，巩固内化学生本课所学，并根据自我反思和同伴建议对文章进行修改，完善，以期提高作文质量。

四、结语

书面表达包括内容、词汇语法、篇章结构和写作规范四个要素。教学成功与三个因素有关：一要有足够的输入;二要激活学生已知图式;三要创设主题语境。本节课以设计-输入-获取-运用-输出-评价为途径，遵循同类主题、同类文章、同类结构-同类方法、词汇-作文的教学策略，笔者发现“四同”教学模式有利于学生在学习理解、应用实践和迁移创新的过程中吸收和内化所学，发展语言技能，落实核心素养。

一、 充分准备，打好基础。

为了提高书面表达水平，平时应加强阅读，多背诵一些句形、段落甚至短文。俗话说：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神”，只有多读，多记，多背诵，才能出口成章，下笔成文。此外，还要掌握一些应用文体的写作方法，如书信、日记、通知等，它们大多有固定的格式。

二、 认真审题，明确要求

仔细看清写作要求和提示，分清材料的主次，接着确定体裁、格式和人物、地点等要素;最后确定时态，同时考虑相关的语态搭配用法。

三、 遣词造句、表达规范

用词要恰当，不可逐句把提示翻译成英语。写作时，应尽量选用你最熟悉、最有把握的词和句型来表达思想。如果有些单词不会些，有些句型不会表达，可以设法绕开，用熟悉的同义词、同义短语或同义句来代替。要学会善于运用适当的关联词，如and, or, but, so，because, since等，以使行文逻辑紧密，自然流畅。

四、 认真撰写，卷面整洁

如果考试时间允许，书面表达一定要先写草稿。在抄写入答题卷前，要先进行检查修改。首先检查所写内容是否切题;之后检查主题是否明确，表达方式是否恰当;最后检查所用时态、语态、人称是否符合要求，前后是否一致。 英语作文卷面要求：

1. 标题应写在第一行的中央。标题中的每一个实词的第一个字母均应大写。 2. 段与段之间，一般不空行，但每段第一行应缩进3 – 4 个字母所占的位置。 3. 书写要工整，字体稍大，词间距离要一致，行间距离要一致，尽量避免一个单词隔行书写。
