一、招聘岗位及条件

1.车间普通操作工10000名，年龄18-45岁，岗位包括：电解、化合、焙烧、土建、冶炼、不锈钢冷轧、水泥生产等各生产岗位，要求身体健康、能吃苦耐劳、长期稳定，月薪3800-4800元;

2.技术工人500名，年龄20-45岁，岗位包括电工、电焊工、机修工、维修工，具有相关职业资格证件，两年以上的工作经验，月薪4100-4700元;

3.技术工程人员100名，男性，年龄22-45岁，大专以上学历，冶金、采矿、土建、项目预决算、电力、工艺、化工、电气自动化、机电一体化、热能动力、电气工程自动化、仪器仪表、水处理相关技术、机械设备等专业，具有中级以上职称，本行业3年以上工作经验，能熟练运用CAD制图等相关软件，年薪16-30万(含职务津贴);

4.生产中层管理人员300名，男性，年龄30-45岁，大专以上学历，工艺、化工、电气、冶金、机械、机电等相关专业，三年以上生产管理经验，熟知制造行业标准和规范，具备过硬的质量意识，擅长生产控制及现场管理，具有作业现场人员管理能力和行政管理能力，有较强的团队领导力和凝聚力，能很好的分析问题和解决问题，具备优秀的组织能力、沟通能力、协调能力;年薪7-8万(含职务津贴);

5.行政管理人员50名，年龄22-40岁，专科以上学历，国际商务、工商管理、企业管理、企业策划、行政管理、信息化、物流管理、安全或环境管理、质量体系管理、文秘、英语(六级以上)、人力资源管理等专业，熟悉办公自动化，具有一定文字功底，三年以上的工作经验者优先，薪资面议;

6.国际贸易及营销业务人员50名，年龄22-35岁，专科以上学历，国际贸易、外语、市场营销等相关专业，三年以上贸易、营销业务经验，具备相关业务知识，有较强的口语和翻译能力，具备良好的沟通、营销能力和团队合作精神，能吃苦耐劳，虚心好学，月薪3500-5000元;

7.财务管理人员20名，年龄25-40岁，财务管理、金融、税务等相关专业，专科以上学历，五年以上财务管理相关经验，具有中级以上会计师职称，熟悉金蝶ERP系统、EXCEL等相关软件，熟悉资本运营、投资、资产评估工作流程;具备较强的成本管理、风险控制和财务分析能力。年薪12-30万(含职务津贴);

8.矿石资源开采管理人员20名，年龄22-45岁，专科及以上学历，三年以上矿石开采工作经验和相关业务洽谈能力，有良好的职业道德和操守、诚实可靠，良好的沟通协调能力，有较强的团队合作意识及责任心，工作细致、敬业、吃苦耐劳，能适应经常出差，能根据公司业务发展需要寻求合适的矿石资源，薪资面议;

9.企业高层管理人员20名，年龄20-50岁，主要以财务、金融、行政、企业

The first three projects are going to be put into operation in May, July and at the end of 2011 respectively. The world’s largest manganese production base has risen sharply from here−−

宁夏天元锰业有限公司是2003年中宁县金属锰厂宣告破产后，由贾天将以301万元，通过竞拍注册成立的公司。公司通过招商引资、技术改造、项目扩建等重大举措，实现了新的跨越：电解金属锰纯度达到99.9%，年生产规模由改制初的1500吨扩大到20万吨，成为世界最大的电解金属锰生产企业。

Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Company Limited was registered and established by President Jia Tianjiang through auctioning the metal manganese factory in Zhongning county with RMB 3.01 million after it declared bankruptcy in 2003. The subsequent investment invitation, technology

transformation and project expansion helped the company to achieve new leaps: EMM purity has reached 99.9%, the annual production scale has been expanded to 200,000 tons from 1500 tons at the beginning of the company’s reformation and the world’s largest manganese manufacturer has risen abruptly in here.

EMM workshop with annual output of 80,000 tons at EMM Factory One, 7 production lines altogether at the workshop, including 1 experimental production line with yearly manufacturing capacity of 10,000 tons and 6 production lines with annual producing capacity of 12,000 tons.

年产12万吨电解金属锰二厂扩建项目，投资16.2亿元，采用了多项国际领先技术，吨电解金属锰综合电耗比原来下降650度，单板产量提高0.42公斤，锰离子回收率由原来的75%提高到95%，生产废水由原来的5平方米减少到2平方米，阳极渣的排放量由原来的200公斤减少到50公斤。整个项目共有8条年产1.5万吨生产线。

1.62 billion was invested to build the expansion project of EMM Factory Two which has the manufacturing capacity of 120,000 tons. The project adopted many international leading technologies which enable composite power consumption of one ton of EMM to drop by 650kwh, production volume of one board to increase by 0.42kg, manganese recovery ratio to increase to 95% from the original 75%, waste water to reduce to 2m² from the original 5m² and discharge of anode slag to reduce to 50kg from the original 200kg. The whole project has altogether 8 production lines with each line having annual manufacturing capacity of 15,000 tons.

2007年公司投资2.86亿元在陕西略阳、柞水，四川攀枝花购买了储量3.2亿吨的碳酸锰矿山。

In 2007, RMB 286 million was invested to buy carbonic acid manganese ore mountains in Lueyang city and Zhashui city of Shaanxi Province and Panzhihua city of Sichuan Province with the total reserves reaching 320 million tons.

宁夏万隆新材料有限公司是内蒙古华业特钢股份有限公司与宁夏天元锰业有限公司投资建设的以生产稀土新材料为主的企业。

Ningxia Wanlong New Materials Company Limited is a joint venture between Inner Mongolia Huaya Special Steel Company Limited and Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Company Limited, mainly engaged in manufacturing rare earth new materials.

生产车间总长1600米，宽130米。

The total length and width of the workshop are 1,600 meters and 130 meters respectively.

集团公司投资87.8亿元建设的年产100万吨稀土彩钢板项目，在不增加钢铁产能的前提下，通过先进的“冷轧—着色”短流程生产工艺，生产出具有强度高、耐腐蚀性强、使用寿命长、生产成本低、附加值高的稀土彩钢板材料。

Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Industry Group invested RMB 8.78 billion to develop the rare earth colored steel plate program which has the annual manufacturing capacity of one million tons. On the premise of maintaining steel producing capacity, by employing advanced shortened process of “cold-rolling and coloring”, the project can produce high quality rare earth colored steel plate which features high strength, strong corrosion resistance, long service life, low cost and high added value. The advanced technology is an invention not only at home but abroad, filling the gap in the production field of continuous coloration of stainless steel in the world.

宁夏华夏特钢有限公司是2007年内蒙古华业特钢股份有限公司与宁夏天元锰业有限公司合资成立的一家大型特钢生产企业，主要从事镍、铬、铜、钼的生产和加工。

Established in 2007, Ningxia Huaxia Special Steel Company Limited is a large scale special steel manufacturing enterprise, a joint venture between Inner Mongolia Huaya Special Steel Company Limited and Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Company Limited. It specializes in producing and processing nickel、chromium、copper and molybdenum.

投资12.1亿元建设的年产30万吨稀土镍铁项目，共3个车间，6台年产5万吨的热炉。 Rare earth ferronickel project was invested with RMB 1.21 billion and has the yearly producing capacity of 300,000 tons. It boasts 3 workshops equipped with 6 furnaces and each furnace has the annual output of 50,000 tons.

Sulfuric Acid Project

投资4.5亿元，年产40万吨硫酸项目，还充分利用尾气余热，进行回收发电，年发电量5760万KWH。

RMB 0.45 billion was invested to build the sulfuric acid project which possesses the annual output of 400,000 tons. The project also makes good use of its offgas and afterheat to generate electricity and the annual electricity generation is 57.6 million kwh.

天元锰业集团没有占用一亩耕地，所有厂区都在包兰铁路以北的荒山枯岭上边边开拓、边建设、边绿化，仅2011年春天，就种植成活了10万多株各类绿化树木。

Ningxia Tianyuan Manganese Industry Group does not use one acre of arable land, all the site area has been being opened up at barren hills north of Baotou-Lanzhou railway and development and greening have been being performed at the same time. Only in spring of 2011, more than 100,000 forestation plants of various kinds were planted and survived.

Departed barren hills were not only bulldozed, but also now are shaded by flourishing greenery.
