摘 要:为提升学生中考英语成绩,培养学生英语综合素养,英语教师要在九年级这一关键阶段,开展全面化复习,并建设对应高效课堂,从而有效实现义务教育英语教学目标,使初中生顺利迈进理想的高中校园。本文首先介绍九年级英语复习的内容及作用,其次总结九年级英语复习课堂教学的问题,最后阐述九年级英语复习高效课堂的实现策略。

近年来,中考英语呈现出新的特点,包括所涉内容与话题范围广泛、贴近生活、凸显英语教育价值、书面表达逐年增加、听力测试形式不一等。为更好适应这些特点,拔高学生成绩,九年级英语教师要对如何打造复习高效课堂这一问题进行一番探究,以调动学生主动性,提升英语复习效果。

一、 九年级英语复习的内容及作用

九年级英语复习的内容,从形式上可分为听力、完形填空、阅读理解与表达、作文等,涵盖初中英语课本的全部知识点,有单词、短语、语法、句式等。在九年级复习阶段,教师要在有限时间内带领学生对所有内容进行抽丝剥茧地复习,这是一项极度繁重的任务,如果教师不能掌握良好的教学策略,并予以灵活运用,则会导致学生丧失在中考上的主动性,影响学生一生。九年级英语复习的作用,可总结为以下几点。

(一)温故而知新

通过对旧知识的再次学习,学生将会得到新的知识与感悟。

(二)加深知识理解度

在整体化、系统性的复习中,通过对新知识与旧知识的归纳与总结,学生大脑中已有的知识结构会更加清晰与完整,进而加深相应知识理解度。

英语复习基于新课程标准的要求,实现英语知识与素养的双重提高。

二、 九年级英语复习课堂教学的问题

(一)复习计划性不足

复习计划是英语复习课堂开展的基础,初中英语知识多而复杂,再加上复习时间有限,因此复习计划对九年级英语复习而言至关重要。然而,经本人总结,发现大多学校或班级都未有一套全面、有序的复习计划以供教师或学生遵循,教师在一堂课或一阶段授课结束后,对后续课程的安排并不明确,整体复习呈现出合理性差、复习效果欠佳的特点。

(二)复习资料单一

现下不少教师根本不具有良好的资源开发与利用意识,无论是在教学资料选择方面,还是在训练习题安排方面,只是按照课本及配套复习资料开展英语课堂、布置课前课后作业。这导致学生对同一题型、同一知识点的复习过于重复,长此以往,不仅浪费学生时间,还会消减学生学习热情,继而造成复习效率低下。

(三)复习工具运用不良

多媒体是英语课堂复习应当深入应用的新型教学工具,其可形象化呈现英语知识点。当前,虽然多媒体技术已经在教育领域被广泛应用,但是至今依旧存在着应用不良的问题,不少教师仅利用其进行课件制作、听力播放、试题展示等,而忽略其固有的网络化、开放化功能,将网络数据化世界彻底摒除在课堂之外,九年级英语复习课堂也或多或少地存在此方面的问题。

(四)课堂气氛不够活跃

实际英语复习依旧以“教师主动灌输、学生被动接受”为主要教学模式,且课堂中教师与学生缺乏沟通互动及教学内容针对性不足,这显然与新课改要求相悖,所带来的后果就是学生英语学习兴趣缺乏、课堂活跃性欠缺等。

(五)学生学习主动性缺乏

英语本身就是一门枯燥乏味的学科,在文化与语言背景不存在的环境中,学生对英语学习的主动性本就缺乏,需要进行加强式引导,再加上教师不能良好创建活跃性、趣味化课堂,这对英语复习而言无疑是雪上加霜。

三、 九年级英语复习高效课堂的实现策略

九年级英语教师可联合运用以下策略,以整体化、联合化解决上述问题,提升教学效果。

(一)转变教学思维,坚持教材为本

九年级英语复习高效课堂创建与普通课堂一样,都应当将转变教学思维作为首要策略,因为思维是其他各项优化策略良好施行的基础。英语教师要摒弃“教师为主”“一言堂”“一刀切”的落后教学思维,形成学生主导、针对教学的新型思维。所谓学生主导,即学生为课堂的主人翁,教师只须在其中发挥辅助、引导作用。所谓针对教学,即教学范畴内,学生可分为优生、中等生、差生三类,英语教师要充分考虑不同学生对于知识的接受效率,尽可能在同一课程中开展层次化教学。如復习“时态”这一重要知识点时,英语共有一般现在时、一般过去时、一般将来时、现在进行时、过去进行时、现在完成时、过去完成时、一般将来时八大时态,教师可以充分培养学生的主体意识,让各个学生根据自己的英语水平先写一句描述一件事情的一般现在时句子,而后对其的时态进行改写。

中考英语考点几乎不会超出英语教材范围,无论是多难、多复杂的问题都可以在英语课本上找到直接对应或间接关联的知识点,因此坚持教材为本应是九年级英语复习课堂创建的关键策略。

(二)制订教学计划,紧抓学生基础与重难点

英语课堂教学计划一般可分为三个阶段,具体为:

第一,基础复习阶段,即二次学习全部英语知识点的梳理阶段。三个复习阶段虽地位平等,但尤以第一阶段最为重要,只有基础足够稳固,后续提升才具有实现可能性。此阶段,教师不但应选择适宜教学方式、整体再现教材内容外,还要推陈出新,不断挖掘与链接知识点,使学生获得新的学习体验,同时应引导学生制订个人学习计划。

第二,系统训练阶段,知识运用训练是检验学生学习成果的直接方式。复习阶段,英语教师除要带领学生进行大量习题训练外,还要注重习题训练的类型化与覆盖面,不可实施传统的“题海战术”。如在进行句型习题训练时,教师可以将“give sb. sth.”“be late for...”“either...or...”“enjoy doing sth”等各种各样的句型统一于一道题目或一篇文章中,让学生通过一道题或几个关联题的解答,复习不同类型的多个知识点。

第三,全面复习阶段,该阶段主要以解决问题、深化重难点为复习目标,教师要通过对《课程标准》及历年英语试卷的分析,科学总结与把控重难点,并切准中考英语变化。

(三)重视听力测试,緊抓阅读与作文

听力测试、阅读理解、作文表达都是综合性英语板块,中考所占分值也相对较大,它们都应是英语复习高效课堂中的重点讲解与练习内容。

首先是听力测试,其主要考查学生听取、理解、接收英语信息的能力,包括听对话、听长句、听问句、听短文等。教师在训练学生听力时,应灵活运用多媒体的音频播放与下载功能,要确保听力训练类型多样、口音纯正,除应开展一周一次或两次的定期训练外,还应要求学生进行频繁的课下训练,且要告诉学生听力训练不仅要听、要记录,还要举一反三,适时提出相应问题。

其次是阅读理解,英语教学中,一直有“得阅读理解者,得天下”的说法,这句话既然在英语教育领域流行多年,那它必然是具有相当道理的。英语教师应当精选阅读主题与题目,同时要授以学生相应的解题技巧,可要求学生按照“整体略读、知晓大意—观察题干、寻找主题句、整体细读—筛选有用知识点、正确解题”的步骤解题。

最后是作文表达,作文课堂教学中,教师要引导学生对作文句、段、篇关系形成正确认识,句子为基本单位,段由句构成,篇以段成型,具体写作中应先写简单句,再对句子进行润色,之后连句成段、连段成篇。

(四)构建思维导图,提升英语单词复习效果

词汇量是基础性英语素养,词汇复习质量的高与低决定着初中生英语考试的成与败,九年级教师除要注重语法、句型训练外,还要重视词汇复习,最基本的做法是要每天进行单词或词组听写训练,较优化的做法是构建单词思维导图,提升学生单词记忆效率。思维导图单词记忆法,以认知心理学、知识可视化、可理解性输入假说为理论基础,以打破词汇原有顺序、确定中心词为实现模式。英语课堂中,教师可以先依照中考指导书确定一中心词,然后通过图片导入主题与语言项目,让学生将关联词添加进来。如教师可以“food”为中心词,并利用多媒体将一琳琅满目的食物图片展示给学生,让学生先构建个人思维导图,之后通过小组合作优化思维导图,放大学生在英语单词学习方面的成就感。

四、 结语

综上所述,为实现九年级英语复习高效课堂,教师要在明确课程变化、课程内容、复习作用的前提下,总结与分析有关教学问题,而后采取转变教学思维、坚持教材为本、制订良好教学计划、紧抓重难点、深化听力测试及阅读与作文教学、开展有效性单词复习等策略,提升英语复习质量,使学生形成良好英语素养,继而胸有成竹地走上中考考场。

【摘要】质量是教学的生命线。然而,现阶段的九年级英语教学存在教学质量不高的问题。这样的问题不利于学生获得事半功倍的学习效果。此时,教师应该采取行之有效的教学路径,充分地提高九年级英语教学质量。基于此,本文以九年级英语教学为例,探讨了如何提高九年级英语教学质量。希望对广大英语教师提供一些借鉴。

在英语新课程标准日益盛行的背景下,学校越来越期待英语教师提高英语教学质量。然而,不少英语教师依旧采用传统的教学模式,这样会阻碍英语教学质量的提高。所以,初中英语教师应该以“破旧立新”的态度,摒弃具有种种弊端的传统教学模式,把能够产生良好教学效果的全新教学方法与教学手段融入到英语教学中,从而促进英语教学质量的提高。为此,本文以九年级英语教学为例,就如何提高九年级英语教学质量这一课题浅谈几点看法。

一、采用多媒体教学法,点燃学生学习激情

随着信息技术的不断飞跃,多媒体教学法逐渐受到了广大教师的青睐。这一教学法与英语教学的融合,不仅能点燃学生的学习激情,还能促进英语教学效率以及教学质量的提高。有鉴于此,教师在九年级英语教学中,应积极利用多媒体教学法,以此点燃学生的学习激情。

以《We are trying to save the earth.》教学为例。首先,教师借助多媒体向学生播放《Tears of the Earth》的视频,并让学生对视频内容进行仔细地观察。其次,教师对学生说:“What do you learn from this video?”接下来,学生结合这个视频的内容进行发言。再次,教师对学生说:“Facing the environmental pollution, how should we protect the earth?”于是,学生带着这一问题聚精会神地阅读课文。总之,多媒体教学法充分点燃了学生的阅读激情。

二、利用小组合作教学法,激扬学生生命潜能

在传统的英语教学模式下,学生往往处于被束缚的状态,不能充分地发挥生命潜能。如果这样的问题得不到解决,那么这会使英语教学质量迅速降低。此时,教师把小组合作学习的方法镶嵌到英语教学中,就能产生良好的效果。这不仅能激扬学生生命潜能,还能使学生在小组内部博采众长,自由发言,合作交流。

以《How can we become good learners?》教学为例。首先,教师对学生说:“同学们,今天我们学习的课文是《How can we become good learners?》。下面,请你们在小组内部就以下问题进行讨论。”其次,教师向学生展示如下探究任务:1.Why be a good listener? 2.How can we become good learners?再次,学生在小组内部围绕以上问题进行讨论。有的学生说:“As the saying goes, it?蒺s time to lose money if you don?蒺t listen to the old man?蒺s words. If we learn to listen, we can take less detours.”还有的学生说:“If we are not good at listening, we will not gain experience.”还有的学生说……总之,这样的方法充分激扬了学生的生命潜能。

三、运用互动教学法,调动学生表达欲望

教师在教学的过程中运用互动教学法,不仅能调动学生的表达欲望,还能使学生的生命闪光。基于此,九年级英语教师应该积极主动把互动教学法和课堂教学整合为一个不可分割的整体,从而使学生在互动的氛围中享受英语之趣。

以《When was it invented?》教学为例。首先,教师对学生说:“Students, do you know the four great inventions of ancient China?”于是,有的学生说:“火药。”有的学生说:“指南针。”有的学生说:“造纸术。”还有的学生说……学生与教师就中国古代的四大发明进行了积极互动。其次,教师对学生说:“Students, do you know the great inventions of the world?”于是,有的学生说:“The inventor of television was John Baird, an electronic engineer in Britain.”還有的学生说:“The inventor of penicillin was Alexander Fleming, a British bacteriologist.”还有的学生说……再次,教师与学生就被动语态进行互动交流。总之,这样的方法使学生进行了主动积极地表达。

综上所述,教师在九年级英语教学中,通过采用多媒体教学法,点燃学生学习激情、利用小组合作教学法,激扬学生生命潜能、运用互动教学法,调动学生表达欲望等方式,对英语教学模式进行了革新,从而使九年级英语教学质量得以最大限度提高,进而使学生在高质量的英语教学中获得事半功倍的学习效果。

摘要:在初中的教育体系当中,英语一直占据非常重要的地位,一方面是由于英语作为学生的第二语言,他们在学习过程当中并不像汉语那样有根本的语言基础,很多知识都需要学生通过学习和背诵才能逐渐掌握。另一方面也是因为英语学习需要消耗学生大量的精力来进行,英语有很多知识并不像语文那样可以通过理解来进行吸收和强化。随着我国教育改革工作的不断推进,中考也发生了一系列的变革,这意味着教师必须在九年级的英语教学活动当中不断思考新的教学形式,力求提升英语教学的根本质量和效率。

要想促进九年级英语教学质量的显著提升,一方面需要教师不断调整自己的传统教学思维,分析新时期的中考改革要求和思想,使自身的教学方法更加切合现代化的教育改革要求。另一方面教师还要不断创新英语知识输出的方式,保证在课堂学习活动当中能够完全吸引学生的注意力,确保学生在具体学习活动当中始终具有高度热情。接下来本文将立足于这样的核心观点,首先分析中考压力下九年级英语教学质量提升的制约性因素,然后探究相应的解决措施。

一、中考压力下提高九年级英语教学质量的主要制约因素分析

(一)初中阶段的英语教学存在一定的特殊性

初中阶段的学生面临着中考的压力,因此不同学科的学习时间都是非常紧迫的,尤其是一些初中学校开始采用三轮复习制度,这意味着教师的新知识教学时间更加有限。但是从初中阶段学生需要掌握的英语知识来看,又比小学阶段有了更高层次的提升,这就导致九年级阶段的学生一直处在高强度的英语学习环境之下,反而会增加学生的英语学习压力,甚至挫伤学生的英语学习自信心。

(二)英语教师的教学思维有待创新突破

在引导学生进行英语知识学习的时候,英语教师本身的教学思维和方式也起着至关重要的决定性作用,但是在现当代教育改革背景之下,仍然有相当一部分教师无法适应这样的调整。就比如说仍然有一部分英语教师在开展集体教學活动的时候以自我为主导,忽略学生在课堂学习当中的发言权会主体地位、总是采用强制性的方式来引导学生进行知识学习、对于现代信息技术的应用能力有待提升,无法很好地通过多媒体教学工具来进行英语知识的具象化呈现,无法实现英语课堂教学效率和质量的快速突破【1】。

二、中考压力下如何提高九年级英语教学质量

(一)融合现代信息技术来进行英语知识的呈现

要想提高英语教学质量,首先教师应该思考如何增强知识传递的趣味性,使学生对新知识的印象更加深刻,降低学生在英语学习当中反复背诵和巩固的时间消耗。多媒体教学工具的应用就能很好地实现这一点,所以教师一定要善于提升自己的信息技术应用能力,尝试通过信息技术的突破来实现硬知识的有效传递。比如英语教师引导学生进行宾语从句学习的时候不要一上来就直接对学生进行宾语从句相关语法规则的讲解。相反的教师可以首先通过一段视频来进行宾语从句的罗列和分析,让学生在大量的宾语从句浏览当中去总结他们的规律和特征。紧接着教师再让学生以小组讨论的方式来得出最终答案,最后每组派一名学生来进行答案分享,英语教师在学生讨论的基础之上进行点评和纠正。通过这样的方式,让学生在英语学习过程当中有更多自主思考的权利,使他们在视频观看的过程当中降低教师口头强调的枯燥性,这也非常有利于促进学生对病程据相关知识的掌握。不仅如此,英语教师还可以尝试以其他途径来进行定语从句的应用,总之要使用知识的传递既具备趣味性又能够引导学生进行思考。

(二)构建有效的奖励机制激发学生的积极性

九年级阶段的学生在英语学习活动当中面临着比较大的心理压力,教师要想不断确立他们的学习心情就要使学生感受到更多的成就感,所以构建有效的奖励机制也是非常重要的。比如英语教师可以在每一节课上都设置三个奖励名额,这三个奖励名额分别是“最佳优秀个人奖”、“英语学习突破奖”、“优秀小组成就奖”,对于在英语课上表现优秀的个人或者小组的这种奖励都以奖状或者荣誉证书的形式来兑现,使学生在英语学习活动当中获得教师更多的肯定和鼓励,这也是帮助学生提高英语学习坚定信心的一种有效策略。通过这个简单的案例,主要是为了说明教师针对九年级学生开展教学活动的时候,除了强化知识传递和教育之外,更多的需要去思考如何帮助学生树立学习自信心,为学生提供稳定持久的内在心理驱动力【2】。

总而言之,针对初中生开展英语教学活动的时候,教师一定要敢于突破传统的英语教学思维,针对九年级阶段的学生制定合理的激励机制,使学生在英语学习活动当中具备更加强大的心理推动力。另一方面,教师还要善于创新应用知识的表现和输出方法,让学生在英语学习的活动当中感受到更多的乐趣,增强对于新知识的吸收和把握效率。

当时光拖着夕阳冗长迷人的笑靥流转,

当岁月融着早春泛黄的浮尘漫天飘舞,

三年的绚丽时光,无数个星月轮回,已如流水落花般,在母校悄然流逝。今天对我们而言,是一个值得铭记的日子。因为今天是我们九(2)班在京九实验中学的校园里参加的最后一次国旗下的演讲。三年的初中生涯即将结束,此时此刻,我的心情无比的激动,也有着掩藏不住的不舍和留恋。

At present more and more people are crazy about travelling. Why do people travel? “To see more of the world” many people would say.
