基于核心素养框架的高考作文命题解读与思考
摘要：高考作文命题与学生发展核心素养之间存在着特定的对应关系。通过推导，厘清二者之间存在的有机联系，提出相应的教学策略，为实现高中作文教学训练的有序化提供有益的思路。
关键词：高考作文;学生发展核心素养;立德树人
每年高考作文命题的内容都有所变化，这促使高考作文备考方式也随之改变。但是，作为国家级的教育考试，高考作文命题绝不是随性而为，势必要遵循一定的教育规律，要贯彻国家的教育意志。教师要探究其中的命题原则，寻找其中的命题规律，揣摩高考作文命题变与不变的规则，让学生高考备考能够顺势而为，有所作为。
《普通高中语文课程标准》明确了作文考试命题的思路与框架：“以具体情境为载体”“设计典型任务”。新课标所指的情境包括个人体验情境、社会生活情境和学科认知情境等，其内涵与外延相当宽泛。那么，哪些类型的情境和任务才是高中作文教学应该重视的环节呢?教育部为高考命题定位的原则是立德树人，那么，高中作文教学中要如何立德树人呢?
要回答以上问题，就有必要推究中国学生发展核心素养与高考命题之间的对应关系。
中国学生发展核心素养指的是中国学生应具备的，能够适应终身发展和社会发展需要的必备品格和关键能力。其内容如表1所示：
表1回答了一名全面发展的高中生需要具备什么德，要成长为什么样的人的方向问题，也为高考命题考查学生的写作能力提供了权威的依据。基于表1来推究2017年至2019年的高考语文全国Ⅰ卷作文题会发现其与该表素养框架图之间存在着特定的对应关系。具体如表2所示：
从表2的高考命题情境设置与学生发展核心素养的对应点中我们可以清晰地看到：在落实立德树人原则时，高考命题或显性或隐性地存在着一个抓手，即教育部制定的中国学生发展核心素养。在选用相关的情景设置点时，命题者往往会在特定的学生发展核心素养潜藏着考查预期。从表1的推导中我们还可以发现近三年高考命题的两个规律：
规律一：注重对不同类型学生发展核心素养进行考查
作为高考作文命题，命题内涵如果能够多元化，那么就更能够考查出不同类型学生的思维广度与深度，为具备不同素养特长的学生提供更为广阔的写作舞台。从上文对表格的简略归纳中可以看出， 2017年、2018年高考作文考查了学生的6种素养， 2019年高考作文考查了学生的5种素养。无论命题情境设置点是宏观事件还是微观生活，命题者都着力留下了足够多的素养思维空间，以此来实现素养考查的多元化，进而把立德树人的精神有效具体化。
规律二：素养考查的情境落实具有典型的时代性
《普通高中语文课程标准》在“命题的原则”一项中特别强调：“选用的语言材料要具有时代性、典型性和多样性，贴近学生生活。”任务驱动型写作命题已经日渐成熟，关注社会、思考生活、重视热点，这些都构成了近年高考语文作文命题的情境设置方式。2017年与2018年高考语文作文命题注重对“一带一路”等具有宏觀思维向度的情境进行考查，2019年高考语文全国Ⅱ卷作文题关于中国青年的责任使命的思考就很好地继承了前两年高考语文全国Ⅰ卷作文题的命题思路。2019年高考语文全国Ⅰ卷作文题考查的关于劳动的思考，把生活的微观层面与国家的宏观层面巧妙地融为一体，显性落实了中国学生发展核心素养中的“劳动意识”这一要点，该题的设置更贴近学生的现实生活，不仅让学生有话可说，也为学生留下了深度挖掘的思考空间。2019年高考语文全国Ⅲ卷作文题通过小林漫画来让学生阐述一个熟知的师生关系话题，以此考查学生的健全人格与人文情怀素养，这个话题表面看似与社会热点无关，实则不然。在2019年，教育领域就有一个热点话题：是否赋予教师教育惩戒权。《中国教育报》在2019年3月发表了《大数据透视两会教育热点》，其中多位代表委员提出了“尽快启动立法，明确教师权责。”《中国青年报》在 2019年4月发表了《适合的教育应从三个维度展开》，指出“赋予教师一定的惩戒权，是当务之急。”这些教育反思最终受到了国务院的高度关注，《人民日报》在 2019年7月发表了《中共中央国务院关于深化教育教学改革全面提高义务教育质量的意见》，指出要“制定实施细则，明确教师教育惩戒权。” 可见，师生关系是2019年教育领域的热点话题，只不过高考命题需要从立德树人的角度进行引导，所以，温馨的小林漫画入选高考命题就不足为奇了。可见，近年的高考作文命题始终扎根于现实生活的热土之中，在热点事件中寻找发展学生核心素养与学科核心素养的契合点。
在明确了两种素养的内在关系后，高中语文写作教学就有了相应的训练方向。为此，教师有必要做好两方面的备考工作。
一、依据中国学生发展核心素养框架图开展有序的写作训练
教育部提出的中学生发展核心素养包括18个点，这就意味着高中写作教学可以衍生出18个基本训练专题，既可以对各个专题进行独立训练，也可以对多个专题开展综合训练。例如，教师通过2019年深圳一模的作文题作为审美情趣素养的专项训练题，要求学生除了完成课堂写作外，还要以“美”为话题，化用课内诗歌素材，积累课外典型事例与名言。教师还可以指导学生拓展学习清华大学校长邱勇在2017年本科生开学典礼上的演讲稿《向美而行》等文章，以点带面深入挖掘，使学生系统掌握关于“美”与“健康生活”的相关素材。写作教学就这样从点到面，从文字磨合到精神锤炼，让学生熟悉发展核心素养的各个专题，使学生多角度、多层面的积累立德树人的优秀写作资料，潜移默化地提升教学品质。
二、跟着权威媒体学写作，培育学生应有的时代意识
如何让学生与时代的热潮保持应有的共振，不与时代和社会脱节呢?这是当前教师开展高中语文写作教学不可回避的问题。有学生就曾经表达过其关于写作的困惑：“高中生本身接触外界事物就比较少，即使平日有使用手机或者电脑了解时事，都是比较单调且碎片化的，不能形成一套比较系统全面的知识体系。”这位学生的困惑很有代表性。教师可创造性地推行“跟着大报学写作”的写作训练模式，依据学生发展核心素养要点，教师每周从《人民日报》《中国青年报》等权威媒体评论板块中筛选贴近学生生活和认知能力的评论文章，及时印发给学生让其开展学习。在读报中，学生学会了与时代热点保持同频感应，摆脱了以往积累时事论据时知其然而不知其所以然的弊病;在应对时代性强的写作话题与情境时，学生不仅有话可说，而且其思维更有深度、更有力度。正如一位学生的活动感言：“读大报，始终在探寻意义与价值的路上前行，找到自己的定位，扣好人生的第一粒扣子。”由此可见，语文教师有必要在教材之外，以权威媒体为师，以时代为舟，以发展核心素养为帆，开拓写作教学的新天地，使写作教学的路越走越顺。
求木之长者，必固其根本;欲流之远者，必浚其泉源。高考作文承载着国家的教育意志，教师有必要从学生发展核心素养的本源上踏踏实实地做好备考工作，创造性的发挥教学的主动性，寻找立德树人的有效教学方法，提升写作教学的效率，让培养全面发展的人的教育目标在语文教学上得到应有的体现。

Funny and common as the conversation sounds, it reflects that the father intends to advise his son to do small things before undertaking the big. Unquestionably, doing small things is the first step of success and will lay root for doing something big. By doing something small, we are enabled to accumulate experience, master skills and train ourselves to be more patient. In other words, we can be well prepared for further challenges in the course of fulfilling small things. By contrast, those who set out to do something big will be constantly haunted by disappointment, frustrations or even failures. As when opportunity “something big” appears, they can hardly seize them because of the lack of experience and confidence stems from doing small things. From my perspective, under no circumstances should we undervalue the power of doing small things. The Impact of the Internet on the Way People Communicate
Being a product of high-technology, Internet and computers are being more and more widely used in our everyday life. They can offer us fast and convenient service for communication.
In recent years, computers and the Internet have become popular among university students. Quite a lot of them use them at school to keep in touch with their families and friends instead of going home to see them in person or writing letters. Which, of course brings conveniences to them, but I don’t think it is good to do
so.
