To hunt for a job or to pursue further study is a controversy among many college graduates. Some students plan to leave school to find a job for they believe four-year academic training has well prepared them for future career, but if I should make the choice I would prefer to continue my education for a higher degree.
This preference can be explained by a couple of factors. For one thing, I am keenly interested in my subject and university is a good place to do more research. If I stayed here for another couple of years, I would surely get further insights into the field where I study. For another, the development of society demands people with better qualifications. The higher degree one holds, the more competence one may have. Above all, with several more years at school, I will be a better-educated person with surer control of myself and a better understanding of the world. Naturally, it will be easier for me to find a more satisfactory job in the future.
Therefore, I am now working hard on postgraduate entrance exams. Though it means more time and money will be spent, I firmly believe it is well worth the efforts and costs.

employment situation, which forces them to find another way out. Moreover, in information age, knowledge is updated very rapidly. Besides, some college students would not like to enter into the complicated society and want to escape from the reality temporarily by going to further study。
From my point of view, one’s choice after graduation should be based on his individual condition. Nowadays technology ,online shopping is coming into fashion ,especially among young people.
It goes without saying that online shopping is beneficial to consumer and retailers alike in more than one way .for consumers ,it is time and energy-saving to purchase whatever they want on the internet at a much lower price .for retailers they can save lots of costs that ae originally used to rent a store in the downtown and pay employees for less salary compared with traditional market sale .however ,despite the many benefits brought by online shopping ,there are still some defects that cannot be ignored.for one thing ,lack of facr to face communication makes online shopping less reliable and trustworthy .for another ,some merchants with evil motives may provide false information ,which makes it time-consuming to identify the commodity.
From my perspective,the benefits of online shopping outweigh its defects ,and to refuse to eat for fare of choking is always an unwise choice ,one of the effective measuers is to carry out relevant laws to regulate the online trading activities.

——我区举办2009“海源重工杯”中国无锡国际青年龙舟邀请赛
飞桨腾浪竞龙舟，鼓声雷鸣逐风流。4月25日下午，风光秀丽的蠡湖之上龙旗飘舞、龙船竞艳。随着省委常委、市委书记杨卫泽高声宣布：“第六届无锡太湖山水文化节开幕!2009“海源重工杯”中国无锡国际青年龙舟邀请赛开赛!”，第六届无锡太湖山水文化节暨2009“海源重工杯”中国无锡国际青年龙舟邀请赛拉开帷幕。锣鼓声、礼炮声、两岸数万群众的呐喊声，打破了南国水乡素日的平静。来自国内外的12条龙舟点睛之后倍添活力，在万顷蠡湖之上乘风破浪、力争上游，上演了一场精彩的“群龙争霸”。
中国奥委会副主席、国际龙舟协会主席张发强，江苏省体育局副局长、中国龙舟协会副主席颜争鸣，无锡市领导赵旻、王立人、许卫国、方伟、华博雅、蔡捷敏等出席开幕式;区委书记朱渭平致欢迎辞;区长袁飞主持开幕式;区四套班子领导出席本次盛会。开幕式上，中国奥委会副主席、国际龙舟联合会主席张发强高度称赞无锡是个好地方，龙舟是项好运动，好地方与好运动再次完美结合，体现着城市的龙舟精神，在无锡市政府以及滨湖区政府的努力下，在社会支持的推力下，在国内外各级的助力下，无锡滨湖必将彰显改革开放的活力、经济社会发展的实力和海纳百川的魄力。
下午2点左右，随着红色、绿色信号灯相继划过蠡湖上空，波光流动的湖面开始热闹起来。在始发点上早已憋足了劲的龙舟队员释放出浑身力量，伟健的臂膀随着铿锵的鼓声，齐起齐落，溅起雪白的浪花。一时间，宽阔的湖面上12条龙舟破浪而行，如离弦之箭射向终点，隆隆的鼓声、舵手的呐喊声、市民的欢呼声„„风景秀丽的蠡湖上腾龙飞舟，精彩绝伦。比赛间隙，刺激的水上摩托表演也成为了本次龙舟邀请赛的点睛之笔。运动员驾们驶着水上摩托或以连续的队形穿插变化阐释着“水之缘”的灵动，或以钻水、腾空、海豚致意等高难度动作吸引两岸观众眼球，或借助浪花作出各式花样技巧动作，让观众目不暇接、惊呼不已。蠡湖岸边人山人海，盛况空前。
本届国际青年龙舟邀请赛由国家体育总局社会体育指导中心、中国龙舟协会、江苏省体育局、无锡市人民政府主办，滨湖区人民政府、江苏省体育局社会体育中心、无锡市体育局等单位承办，无锡海源重工股份有限公司协办，是2009年全国龙舟月的首项赛事。俄罗斯老虎队、加拿大港岛龙浆会、HB醉龙队、上海友人国际、香港京士顿、澳门自由龙、台北辅仁大学、浙江温州秀屿、武进太湖湾、淮海工学院、江南大学、广东蒙娜丽莎女子龙舟队等12支国内外龙舟队参加了比赛。这一高规格的龙舟赛事已连续举办了3届，与往届相比，今年的比赛除了250米、500米直道竞速外，还增加了5000米环绕项目。经过25日、26日两天的激烈比赛，中国香港京士顿龙舟代表队在三个项目的比赛中全部夺得冠军，并以39个积分夺得本届比赛的总成绩冠军。江苏武进太湖湾龙舟队金方明和澳门自由龙龙舟队张满洪分别获得最佳鼓手和最佳舵手。

人大听取我区文化市场管理工作汇报
4月24日，区人大召开专题会议，区人大及有关工委的领导参加会议，区政府副区长程红同志就我区文化市场工作作了汇报。客观地分析了我区文体市场 现状，指出了存在问题及今后努力方向，明确提出要以科学发展观为指导，以繁荣市场为主题，以净化文化市场为重点，切实加强文体市场监管工作，大力促进文体市场健康、繁荣发展。一是要夯实基础，大力健全完善管理体系;二是要突出重点，切实加大管理整治力度;三是要打造队伍，全面提升依法行政水平，四是要转变理念，不断创新管理执法手段。
区人大党组书记、副主任毛保家同志作了重要讲话。毛书记在讲话中对我区的文保工作，特别是文化市场管理工作所取得成绩予以肯定，并进一步强调，搞好文化市场管理，繁荣和发展文化事业，重点要明确工作定位、工作重点和突破口。一是对如何优化网吧管理，特别是禁止接纳未成年人要认真研究对策，采取更加扎实有效的措施。二是进一步积极引导群众性文体活动，要充分认识市场需求，政府要定准位，整合资源、集中力量，推进群众文化事业的发展。 三是要高度关注文化经营场所的安全问题。

区政协第19次主席会议建言我区文保工作
4月30日，区政协召开第19次主席会议，实地考察了北塘区惠山古镇的保护开发利用情况，视察了我区荣巷古镇保护利用工程进展情况,听取了区文体局局长孙力民关于全区文化遗产保护工作的情况汇报。区政协领导朱建昌、吴仲妹、赵国藏、周茂健、李明东、阴玲山、蒋燮民、任叔成等出席会议。
会议认为，我区是无锡市文物大区、文化底蕴深厚，文化遗产资源丰富。自从2006年区委、区政府召开全区文化工作会议首次确定打造文化名区目标以来，区文体局等相关职能部门对文化遗产保护工作力度明显加大，通过文物普查、文保单位申报、遗产项目保护规划建设等措施，全区文化遗产保护工作取得了突破、开拓了新的局面。
会议强调，在今后的历史文化遗产保护和开发利用工作中，要重点以提高认识为抓手，着力提升全社会文化遗产保护意识，在全区上下切实形成文保单位的覆盖面。要从规划建设入手，着力抓好文化含量大、带动性强的历史文化遗产项目建设，尽快把阖闾城遗址、荣巷古镇、南泉古镇等市、区重大文保开发项目建设好，做到早出形象、早出效果，为打造滨湖文化名区做出应有的贡献。

我区召开动漫与文化创意产业发展规划论证会
4月22日下午，作为第六届无锡太湖山水文化节子活动之一的“滨湖区动漫与文化创意产业发展规划”专家论证会在山水丽景酒店召开，会议由区文体局孙力民局长主持，区领导陈锡明、徐勇强、程红，市政府相关部门领导，区各相关部门领导以及动漫与文化创意产业领域相关专家出席了本次论证会，会议听取了规划编制单位——北京大学文化产业研究院动漫游戏研究中心关于我区动漫与文化创意产业发展规划的汇报，全体与会人员针对规划进行了讨论和评议，形成了专家评审意见，与会专家一致同意在进一步完善修改后予以正式通过本规划。
《滨湖区动漫与文化创意产业发展规划》以我区动漫产业与文化创意产业为优化规划对象，结合了长三角地区相关动漫产业基地的发展现状，对我区文化产业的产业资源、宏观环境与产业格局进行了初步的统计与评估，提出了一系列科学合理、既有现实性又有前瞻性的产业功能定位设想，优化了我区动漫产业的规划布局。本规划的论证出台将使得以动漫为龙头的文化创意产业得到更好更快的发展，在现有的经济、社会发展框架下，实现经济转型提升的新优势，构筑经济发展新高地。 (局文化科 魏玉莲)
文体局召开学习实践科学发展观活动试点工作总结大会
4月18日上午，区文体局召开了学习实践科学发展观活动试点工作总结大会。局领导班子成员及全体党员参加了会议。
自去年12月份以来，局严格按照区委学习实践活动试点工作领导小组的统一部署和要求，精心组织，周密部署，扎实推进，较好地完成了学习实践科学发展观活动学习调研、分析检查、整改落实以及活动总结几个阶段的各项规定内容，提高了广大党员干部特别是领导干部贯彻落实科学发展观的执行力、操作力和创新力。文体局开展学习实践活动主要呈现出五个方面的主要特点：一是把注重思想发动，加强组织领导作为搞好实践活动的前提条件;二是把注重领导带头，发挥表率作用作为搞好实践活动的重要保证;三是把注重广开言路，走群众路线作为搞好实践活动的有效手段;四是把注重实践特色，创新活动载体作为搞好实践活动的关键环节;五是把注重边查边改，解决突出问题作为搞好实践活动的根本目的。通过学习实践活动，全局广大党员干部进一步形成了贯彻落实科学发展观的重要共识，并取得了一批推进文体事业科学发展的调研成果，同时对解决影响文体事业发展的突出问题研究。
孙局长在总结后还对全体党员同志提出了要求，他说：当前和今后一个时期，要积极探索学习实践科学发展观活动的长效机制，把科学发展观活动不断深入到各项工作当中;要认真抓好学习实践活动整改成果的巩固，做到政治素质更优，业务水平更高，工作实绩更大;要进一步明确责任，切实解决一批影响文体事业科学发展的遗留问题，真正做到科学发展上水平，人民群众得实惠。 (局文化科 魏玉莲)
2009年全国龙舟裁判员培训班在滨湖举行
4月21日，由中国龙舟协会举办的2009年全国龙舟裁判员培训班在滨湖开班。国家体育总局社会指导中心副主任邹积军、无锡市体育局局长陆惠玲、无锡市滨湖区副区长程红出席开班仪式并讲话。
本次全国龙舟裁判员培训班由国家体育总局社体中心和中国龙舟协会主办，无锡市滨湖区文体局承办，共有来自全国各省、自治区、直辖市、澳门特别行政区和台湾地区的19个省市和地区的60余名裁判员参加了培训。培训班为期7天，由国际级的龙舟裁判进行授课，从中国龙舟运动历史、国际龙舟联合会规则与中国龙舟协会规则比较、中国龙舟规则和裁判法内容、赛事编排等方面进行了培训。并将笔试、口试与实际运用相结合，重点考察裁判的综合能力，在实际的裁判工作中实际能力。全体培训班学员参加了2009“海源重工杯”中国无锡国际青年龙舟邀请赛的执裁工作。 (局体育科 吴红青)
鼓乐喧天 舞动活力
——我区举办2009年广场舞蹈鼓乐大赛
春暖花开，生机盎然，4月1日清晨，河埒文化广场上锣鼓齐鸣，人声鼎沸，显得比往日更加热闹。为进一步推广广场舞蹈和鼓乐文化，丰富全区人民的文化生活， 2009“玛丽亚女子医院健康杯”广场舞蹈、鼓乐大赛在这里隆重举行。活动由区文体局主办，无锡玛丽亚女子医院协办。程红副区长出席了本次比赛，并作重要讲话，与现场的观众们一起观看了比赛。
本次活动共有来自各镇、街道的13支特色团队参加比赛，比赛节目的数量和质量都高于往年。各有特色的锣鼓、腰鼓、军鼓、舞蹈队的精湛表演，使前来观赛的群众大饱了眼福，赢得了在场领导和观众们的阵阵掌声。经过一个半小时的激烈角逐，河埒街道新浪艺术团、河埒街道太湖锣鼓队夺得了本次比赛的一等奖。同时，其中新浪艺术团《春之韵》入选参加市“徐家木业杯”广场舞蹈、鼓乐大赛。

胡埭镇 “五一”文化活动精彩纷呈
为庆祝“五一”国际劳动节，丰富群众业余文化生活，胡埭镇举办了欢庆“五一”系列文化活动，本次活动内容丰富，形式多样，使当地群众在节日里享受到了一道道精彩的文化大餐。活动内容主要涉及广场文艺、锡剧专场、露天电影、书画展览和体质测试等。
5月1日 上午，胡埭文化娱乐城广场 “颂庆‘五一’广场文艺”节目精彩亮相，来自全镇各村的群众文艺骨干自编自演了一台文艺演出，吴歌王张浩生倾情演唱的新吴歌《万紫千红百花开》等，都博得了观看群众的热烈掌声。同日，镇文化站组织的“健康‘五一’体质测试” 也在文化娱乐城广场举行，开具健康处方，引导大众科学健身，免费的体质测定活动吸引了许多群众的参与。为期4天的送戏下乡活动火热开展，锡剧专场为各村中老年观众送上了4台大型传统戏锡剧演出 ，令戏迷们大饱的眼福;文化站电影队组织的“快乐‘五一’露天电影”活动，成为了节日期间当地居民群众的好娱乐项目。同时，胡埭镇书画协会还精选了大量优秀书画作品，在娱乐城大厅展出。本次“五一”文化活动既丰富了群众的业余文体生活，又营造了浓厚的节日气氛，得到了群众的一致好评。

蠡湖街道夕阳红书画展在蠡园公园举行
春天的蠡园，桃红柳绿，百花齐放，景色宜人。一年一度的桃花节正在该园举行，蠡湖街道应邀举办《蠡湖夕阳红书画展》，为风景秀丽的蠡园增色添彩。30余名街道夕阳红书画爱好者参加了本次活动，共展出作品70余幅，其中有不少作品曾多次在全国、省、市、区获奖。一幅幅生动优美的作品体现了蠡湖人民赞美祖国，赞美家乡的情怀，也表达着对祖国的美好祝福。此次书画摄影作品展，深受国内外游客的好评，参观者络绎不绝，赞不绝口。
